Help! I don't have an E-portfolio.

It's likely you haven't registered with the RCGP and therefore you don't have a National Training Number (NTN) which is needed so that the e-portfolio can be linked to it. 

You need to sign and return the 'Form R' to Deanery as soon as possible.   If you have not received a 'Form R' from the Yorkshire & Humber Deanery contact Joan Horsfield.        Click here for Joan Horsfield

What to do on securing a place on Harrogate STS

 

  1. Contact the scheme administrator -Lisa Adams-@ lisa.adams@hdft.co.uk
  2. Once you find out your first placement-consider contacting  the department/practice/clinical supervisor for informal chat .The will be documentation certainly in general parcatice which is required from day1
  3. register with AIT-https://integra.rcgp.org.uk/membersarea/membership/Default.asp
  4. activate your eportfolio within 48hrs re registration with AIT and start engaging early.
  5. attend induction day for ST1s(book study leave)
  6. start planning study leave
  7. attend Half day Realease
  8. Make contact with your educational supervisor.
  9. Read the website/rcgp and yorkshire deanery websites
  10. Have Fun!
